2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to zx77 and participation in any gaming or betting activity on the platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, zx77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void outstanding bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation. Players who inadvertently create a duplicate account must contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed.

3.3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zx77 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. zx77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify zx77 immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied. zx77 will never request your password through any channel, including email or live support.

3.4 Account Verification

zx77 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the temporary withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By registering and using zx77, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.

• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting any activity that constitutes money laundering or that involves depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the zx77 platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward zx77 support staff or other players.
• Misusing the zx77 bonus system in any way outlined in Section 5.3 of this Agreement.

zx77 reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of this section and to take appropriate action including account suspension, account closure, voiding of balances, and reporting of activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the zx77 platform — including but not limited to the zx77 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, software, game interfaces supplied by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi), text, graphics, and multimedia elements — is the property of zx77 or its respective content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zx77 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, framing, deep-linking, or commercial exploitation of any zx77 content without prior written consent. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by our own negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the data recorded by zx77 server logs shall be considered the authoritative record. zx77's decisions on any disputed matter are final and binding, subject only to any applicable legal requirements.
